They have become a role model to the workout enthusiasts and have been getting noticed as the most fit Bangladeshi couple. Work hard in silence, let your success make all the noise.

What motivated you to start working out?
- I was always athletic in school, played football and basketball. Grew up with less and less time for sports so my guy decided to get me started on fitness and bodybuilding!
How does it help to have a life partner who is into the same lifestyle as you?
- It's a major plus! We eat together, train together, plan our workouts and meals together, push each other harder and harder at the gym! It's a lot fun, hard work and dedication.
Favorite go-to snack when you are hungry.
- I barely eat snacks, my day revolves around meals. But if I had to say I'd say fruits or raw vegetables like a carrot or cucumber.


Tell us one thing that you learned from him and one thing he learned from you.
- I learned about bodybuilding from him. And well he learned the importance of eating clean. We keep learning from each other, it's endless!
Any quotes you live by?
- "What we face may look insurmountable. But I learned something from all those years of training and competing. I learned something from all those sets and reps when I didn't think I could lift another ounce of weight. What I learned is that we are always stronger than we know." - Arnold Schwarzenegger



I push. I pull. I sweat. I grind. This is how I become better than who I used to be. I leave it all behind when I train, day after day, night after night. I learn from my mistakes, and put in the work. No one is born strong, we gain strength by living, from our struggles and our weaknesses.

 Favourite workout music?
- I have a whole playlist consisting of many different genres. My all time favourite go-to track is Viol by Gesaffelstein.
Who is your role model or someone you look up to in the same field?
- Amanda Latona, Michelle Lewin, Ashley Horner.

Any tips or advice for people who are trying to get fit?
- Without discipline, dedication, hardwork and patience, you will not reach your goals. It will not be easy, you will feel like giving up, but you gotta keep your eyes on the prize! No one can take that from you. So keep at your grind!
